I would suggest to use ZADIG Universal USB-Driver instead of the FDTI drivers. It works fine under Win10 and is also the favorite method given in the Olimex homepage of the probe. The other drivers you tell are depricated and should not be used under Win10. MSP430 Programmer/Emulator MSP430-JTAG-TINY-V2. MSP430-JTAG-TINY-V2 Programmer/Emulator. The MSP430-JTAG-TINY-V2 is an emulator and programmer for MSP430.

Zadig is a Windows application that installs generic USB drivers, such as WinUSB, libusb-win32/libusb0.sys or libusbK, to help you access USB devices.

It can be especially useful for cases where:

  • you want to access a device using a libusb-based application
  • you want to upgrade a generic USB driver
  • you want to access a device using WinUSB

Note:'libusb-based' above means an application that uses either libusb, libusb-win32 or libusbK.

Usage

Download the executable and run it — no installation is necessary.
If elevation is required, you will be prompted for it.

Back in my day as an old programmer it was a parallel programmer and IC-Prog, now I read most people doesn't even know what a hex file is.
